Our Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at QuartzCo Art.

We do not accept any cancellations after 24 hours of order confirmation. We also do not offer any refunds, exchanges or warranties with QuartzCo Art. If you receive a damaged shipment, you will need to click pictures and send us right away with proof. We are not responsible for any damages by shipping companies. In order to request a refund, you will need to contact Shipping Companies. We use UPS, FedEx, Purolator and Canada Post only.
In case of an exceptions ( need to discuss with the seller via email), you can cancel an order with 15% of the restocking fees. Please take your time before finalizing or placing an order with QuartzCo Art as we do not offer refunds on unique art pieces.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 24 hours from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

If you received an item which was Damaged by the shipping company, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement by:

You will need to contact the shipping company if this occurs. If in any terms, the product is damaged due to our reason, we will refund you once we receive the item back.

Conditions for Returns

If you don’t like the piece you order, we won’t issue a refund. Please make sure to take time before placing an order with us.
Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods
​
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the pieces to Us. You should send the items to the address which will be provided to you by the owner.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
